With your order, you must provide first and second choice names for your corporation. We research and confirm that these names are available for you in the state of your choice and then secure the name choice. If both of your choices are taken, we will contact you for additional name selections.

Prepare and submit all required documents to the State
We prepare accurate and reliable formation documents for your business. Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization and other required documents are prepared and submitted to the correct State agency in the requested State of formation.

We forward the certified state documents to you with proof of formation after the State approves your corporation or LLC. This process typically takes 4-6 weeks* but varies by State.
