Form-A-Corp LLC ("FAC") is a service company providing incorporation, registered agent and trademark services to individuals and established businesses. FAC uses the information provided on its order forms to complete the information that is required on the required state and federal forms and applications. FAC is not a law firm nor is it a financial advisor or consultant, and neither FAC nor any of its employees provide legal or financial advice or services. FAC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the legal or financial consequences resulting from the use of its services.
The information contained in this site is provided for general information only and should not serve as a substitute for legal or financial advice from a professional familiar with the facts and circumstances of your specific situation. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made to FAC and after the formation or registration documents are created, FAC will refund the total amount of the order less a $50 dollar processing fee provided that the formation document is not already filed with the applicable state or federal agency. Money paid to FAC that has already been paid either to a state or federal agency as filing fees, or to suppliers for products or services, will not be refunded.
Neither FAC nor any of its employees, agents or representatives will be liable or responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused or alleged to be caused by the use of its services or products.
A $25 fee will be added to all checks returned to FAC due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts. In addition, a bank service fee will be charged on these checks.
