range of post-formation services including:
Registered Agent Service
We also act as the Registered Agent for an existing Corporation
or LLC which needs a new Registered Agent.
- We accept any legal service of process. We document
and record the service in your file and send overnight delivery
of the service of process.
- We will promptly forward official documents or
tax notices from the Secretary of State. We provide these services
in each of the 50 states. We charge a flat annual fee and we absorb
any state transfer charges associated with a change in the Registered
Agent.
Qualify Your Out of State Entity
For those out of State entities who need to register to do business
in a foreign state, we file all required documents to properly qualify
you in any or all of the 50 states.
We qualify profit and non-profit Corporations, LLCs and offshore companies
in all U.S. States. This often happens when a company incorporates
in Nevada or Delaware or Florida but wishes to transact business in
a different state. In some states, we are able to qualify you within
24 hours. Please call for information on qualifying out of State entities.
Certificate Of Amendment
We can prepare, submit and forward all necessary
documentation relating to changes in your corporations' filings.

Dissolutions
A Corporation or LLC must notify the Secretary of State prior to
dissolution by filing Certificate/Articles of Dissolution. We can
prepare and submit these articles at your direction in any of the
50 states.

Certified Copies And Certificates of Good
Standing
We can file for a Certificate of Good Standing (Certificate of Existence)
to the appropriate state on your behalf. This certificate confirms
the name of the entity, its authorization to do business in the
state and declares that it is free from fees, taxes and penalties
to the state. It also certifies that the company has filed its most
recent annual report and has NOT filed dissolution articles. Please
